Receive Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
Schedule Pickup or Shipping
For large furniture items, we will help you coordinate a professional freight pickup; smaller accents can be dropped off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned item to ensure it meets our quality standards, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
